According to PMG Population Report, this note has a population of three with only one graded finer! Perfectly margined note with intense embossing, creating paper waves, easily seen through the PCGS holder! Lovely pastels colors on both sides. Black serial number found on the front of the note. Extremely crisp cream note! Green, lilac and multicolor. Pax with wreath at left. Man and woman at right on the reverse side of the note.
