Graded 67 Premium Paper Quality Superb Gem New by PCGS and PMG Population Report states that there are only three graded in PMG, making this the fourth known, with none graded finer than 67! An absolute beauty with bright, vivid colors on crisp, well-embossed paper! The margins are perfect! Black serial number noted on the front of the note. Lovely paper waves are noted through the holder due to the deep embossing! The designs on this banknote seems as if it were a painting!
