1993 100 N. Zaire from Zaire. Banque du Zaire. Pk 58s and serial number G0000000A 0351. Specimen graded 69 Premium Paper Quality Superb Gem New by PCGS. Although the population for this banknote is unknown, it must be a hard banknote to obtain in this condition! Only one, just one point away from perfection! White crisp, well-embossed paper displaying excellent paper quality through the plastic holder! Red serial number on the front of the note. The word "SPECIMEN" printed in bold red color on both sides! Mobutu in military dress at right, arms at lower right, leopard at lower left. Suspension bridge at left center on the reverse side. Watermark is of Mobutu. Mobutu Sese Seko Kuku Ngbendu Wa Za Banga was the military dictator and President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo from 1965 to 1997. He also served as Chairperson of the Organisation of African Unity from 1967-1968.
