Graded 67 EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality) Superb Gem Uncirculated by PMG and according to PMG Population Report shows that this banknote has a population of five with this graded being the finest known and none graded finer! An excellent banknote featuring distinctive superb gem qualities supporting the grade received! Perfectly centered paper with deep embossing and visible crispness through the holder! Black serial number strongly pressed on the front of the note. Bright, vivid colors adding beauty to this splendid note and Specimen seen written across both sides of the note in red! ND (1974). Red and blue on multicolored underprint. Ship and oil refinery at center, President O. Bongo at right. Mask at left, trains, planes, and bridge at center, statue at right on back.
