Population one, Finest Known according to PMG Population Report. This Exquisite note features amazing vibrant colors, deep embossing and great margins! Multi color fiber seen on both back and front of the note and serial number located on the front of the note in black twice. Anton DeKom is seen on the front and back of the note. 1.7.1986.
