Graded 66 Exceptional Paper Quality Gem Uncirculated by PMG and is pop two with none finer as reported by Population Report from PMG! Small sized note with bold colors and evident embossing through the plastic holder. Black serial number on the face of the note. This note is written in two different languages. Great margins!
