1998 Topps Chrome Randy Moss PSA Gem MT 10 number 35 serial number 01113347. Randy Gene Moss (February 13, 1977-) (WR) was a wide receiver that holds the NFL single season touchdown reception record (23) set in 2007, and the NFL single-season touchdown reception record for a rookie (17) set in 1998. The Minnesota Vikings selected Moss in the 1st round (21st overall) of the 1998 NFL Draft. In his rookie debut, Moss recorded four receptions for 95 yards and two touchdowns for first multi-touchdown game, and would go on to be a component in the Vikings’ 15-1 season. The year also marked the first of Moss’ seven Pro Bowl and five All-Pro nods. In his 1999 Pro Bowl appearance, Moss gave a record-breaking performance with receptions for a Pro Bowl record 212 yards and Most Valuable Player award honors. Following his success with the Vikings (1998-2004, 2010), Moss was sent to the Oakland Raiders (2005-2006) and later traded to the New England Patriots (2007-2010). In his first year with the Pats, Moss partook in their remarkable 18-0 season and Super Bowl XLII appearance. After a stint with the Tennessee Titans (2010), Moss announced his retirement in 2011 but changed his mind early in 2012 and signed on with the San Francisco 49ers. He retired for good at the end of the 2012 season, and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018. Enjoy! 31721lc.
