1886 $10 Silver Certificate Note with serial number B9029307 with signatures of Rosecrans/Huston. Scarce Fr# 294 and plate# C1639. Graded 50 By PMG. Fewer than seventy five examples are known of this ornate back Tombstone number, with PMG having graded fewer than twenty pieces. The paper quality is excellent as are the colors, only a few notes of this Friedberg number grading as high as About Uncirculated. The Large Red Seal along with the Fancy Back make this a really special Note. The Portrait in the Center is Thomas A. Hendricks, Vice-President under Grover Cleveland. Hendricks died in office.
