Graded 67 Exceptional Paper Quality Gem Uncirculated by PMG and according to PMG Population report this lovely Specimen is tied with 6 more at this grade level of 67 and none has been graded finer. The colors are vibrant and bold, contrasting with in various ways and popping out of the holder! Splendid margins on crisp, well-embossed paper! 1977 (1991). Blue on multicolored underprint. King Hussein at left. Electric power station of Zerga on back. Watermark: King Hussein wearing a turban. As a specimen. Signature(s): 16. Hussein bin Talal was King of Jordan from the abdication of his father, King Talal, on 11 August 1952, until his death in 1999. According to Hussein, he was a 40th-generation direct descendant of Muhammad as he belongs to the Hashemite family—who have ruled Jordan since 1921.
