1968-80 5 Sucres from Ecuador, Banco Central. Pick number 113s and Serial number HQ-00000000. Graded 67PPQ (Premium Paper Quality) Superb Gem New by PCGS and according to PMG Population Report, this note has a population of one and is the finest known! This note has margins that are on the brink of perfection and the deep embossing is palpable even through the third party holder! "MUESTRA SIN VALOR"  can be seen on both the obverse and reverse sides in red and translates to specimen without value. Multicolored fibers throughout both sides. Bold, strong colors overall! ND; 24.5.1968; 24.5.1980. Black on multicolored underprint. Potrait of Antonio Jose de Sucre at center. Back red with arms at center. Printer: TDLR. As specimen. Antonio Jose de Sucre was a Venezuelan independence leader who served as the fourth President of Peru and the second President of Bolivia. Sucre was one of Simón Bolívar's closest friends, generals and statesmen. The city of Sucre, Bolivia's capital, is named for him, as is a state of Venezuela and a department of Colombia.
