1974 20 Dollars from Australia. Reserve Bank. Pk 46a and serial number XJX155432. Graded 65 Exceptional Paper Quality Gem Uncirculated by PMG. According to PMG Population Report this note is population one at this graded level and only one graded finer. Highly desired banknote with bold uncirculated qualities, bright colors, deep embossing and fresh paper. The Reserve Bank of Australia issued Australian Dollar banknotes in 7 different denominations, including this 20 Australian Dollars banknote series 1974. They are part of the withdrawn Australian Dollar banknotes series. The Reserve Bank of Australia started issuing these 20 Australian Dollar banknotes in 1974. They were withdrawn from circulation in 1994. The banknote of twenty dollars has the image of Sir Charles Kingsford-Smith and Lawrence Hargrave. The word ‘Australia’ is printed on the face of the note.
