1989 1000 Nuevo Peso from Uruguay, Banco Central. Pick number 67A and Exotic Serial number A 00008881. Graded 66 EPQ Exceptional Paper Quality Gem Uncirculated by PMG and according to PMG Population Report, this banknote has a population of four! Such a lovely banknote with great bright bold colors appealing to the eyes, good embossing and nice margins are seen throughout the banknote. Serial number located in black and red on the front of the note and J.G. Artigas is seen on the watermark. Amazing designs all over the note! Pedro Figari is seen on the front of the note! 1989.
