And this note is a population of one with none graded finer according to PMG Population Report. Amazing note with great margins! Crispness and embossing are both evident through the plastic holder! Bright, intense colors! The images look as if they were popping out of the note. Black serial number on the front of the note! Paper waves are seen through the third party holder! Silver security thread, P for Chad. Dark brown and blue with blue-black text on multicolored underprint. Modern building at center, young woman at right. Fisherman, boats, and villagers along shoreline at left center on back. Map of Central African States at lower left center. First two digits of serial number are year of issue.
