Graded 67 Exceptional Paper Quality Superb Gem Uncirculated and 65 Exceptional Paper Quality Gem Uncirculated by PMG. According to PMG Population Report, grade 67 holds the highest known quality in the business! Bright bold colors, evident embossing, crisp paper, and perfectly centered margins support the gem status of this set! Sergio Osmena is featured on the face of this banknote. He served as the third President of the Philippines from 1944 to 1946. A depiction of the the First National Assembly 1907 and the Leyte Landing of 1944 can also be noted on the front side.
