1988 250 Gulden from Suriname. Centrale Bank. Pk 134 and serial number AB190251. Graded 67 Exceptional Paper Quality Superb Gem Uncirculated by PMG. Great note depicting qualities of a superb gem! Black serial number seen on the front of the note. Perfect margins on crisp paper! Embossing is clearly shown through the holder! A lovely note with a dazzling back! One perforated hole towards the bottom center. Anton DeKom at left, militia at right, row of buildings across bottom. On the reverse side is a toucan at left, speaker with people at right. Watermark of a toucan. Cornelis Gerard Anton de Kom was a Surinamese resistance fighter and anti-colonialist author.
