1965-75 1 Riel from Cambodia. Pk 4c* and serial number 3020 456378. Replacement/Star graded 67 Exceptional Paper Quality Superb Gem Uncirculated by PMG and according to PMG Population Report, this note is pop one and finest known! Since this note is a replacement note, in falls in one of three categories: Type A, Type B, or Type C. In this instance, this note is a Type A replacement note due to imprint of a letter followed by the number "90" in Cambodian. If you look closely on the note, you will notice this on the front side, across the serial number, printed in black ink. A common note as a issued type note as a replacement/star PMG 67, it's the only example listed in all grades on Ebay. In fact, according to PMG this is the only star they have seen to date!
